Welcome to GLYDR. By placing an order through our website or social media channels, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products

All GLYDR boomerangs are handcrafted from wood. As each piece is handmade, slight variations in wood grain, color, and finish are natural and make every boomerang unique.

2. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your delivery address or location. Orders are processed only after confirmation.

3. Payment

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (Cairo only)

  • InstaPay (before delivery or upon delivery)

Customers choosing InstaPay may complete their payment either before their order is dispatched or at the time of delivery, as agreed during order confirmation.

4. Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Cairo, Egypt.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after order confirmation.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change without prior notice. The price at checkout is the final purchase price.

6. Product Use

GLYDR boomerangs are designed for outdoor recreational use in open areas. Customers are responsible for using the product safely and away from people, vehicles, buildings, and animals. GLYDR is not liable for injuries or damage resulting from improper or unsafe use.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, branding, logos, and website content are the property of GLYDR and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
