Refund Policy

At GLYDR, every boomerang is handcrafted to order. Please read our refund and cancellation policy before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched.

If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched or is refused upon delivery, a 100 EGP cancellation fee will apply to cover shipping, handling, and order processing costs.

2. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The product is returned in its original, unused condition.

• It is returned with all original packaging and accessories.

• The product shows no signs of use, damage, or modification.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. After review, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution.

4. Handmade Products

As every GLYDR boomerang is handcrafted, slight variations in wood grain, color, and finish are natural and are not considered defects or valid reasons for a refund.
